Terms of Service

PullTab Trading is a journaling and reflection tool. It does not provide financial, investment, trading, or tax advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, currency, or other financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences.

Some features of the Service require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

If you connect a trading account, you authorize us to read your trade history via the broker's official API using credentials you provide. We never place trades on your behalf. You remain responsible for all activity on your broker accounts.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or the accounts of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or disable the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT TRADE DATA IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE. VERIFY ALL TRADING DECISIONS WITH YOUR BROKER DIRECTLY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PullTab Trading OR BEYONDtrading, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
