Getting started

How do I sign up?

Download the app, tap Get Started, enter your email and first name. You'll join the waitlist — we'll promote you to an active account as capacity allows.

How do I log in after being promoted?

When your account becomes active, we email you a login link. Tap it to open the app and sign in — no password needed the first time. You can set a password in Settings afterward for faster sign-in.

I didn't receive my magic link email.

Check your spam folder. The email comes from [email protected]. If it's not there after 5 minutes, open the app, tap Log In, enter your email, and tap Email me a login link.

Account

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

Trading data

Where does my trade data come from?

From the broker account you connect. PullTab Trading reads your trade history via the broker's official API using credentials you provide. We never place trades on your behalf.

Is my broker password secure?

We never store raw broker passwords. Trading APIs use API keys or tokens, which we store encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Push notifications

How do I turn push notifications on or off?

Open the app → Settings → Push Notifications toggle. You can also change this in your phone's system settings at any time.
